The problem
Monthly stock counts took two staff a full day per store, on paper, and the numbers were often wrong by the time they reached head office.
What we built
A simple phone app: photograph a shelf, confirm the count the AI suggests, move on. Counts sync to the existing stock system overnight, and anything uncertain is flagged for a person.
The result
Counts now take under half a day per store. Staff trusted it quickly because they always make the final call.
